Delivery policy
1. Delivery partner
La Petite Box partners with Bring to ensure fast and reliable delivery of your subscription boxes across Norway. We strive to provide a seamless delivery experience right to your door.
2. Delivery area
We currently only ship to addresses in Norway. Please ensure your address is correct and complete during checkout to avoid delays.
3. Delivery costs
Shipping costs are not included in your subscription fee and must be paid separately by the customer. The exact amount will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Alternatively, if you live in the Stavanger area, you can choose to pick up your package directly from us at no additional cost. Further information will be provided to you if you choose this option.
4. Delivery time
Boxes are shipped every two months based on your subscription plan.
Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on where you live.
5. Delivery method
Our boxes are designed to fit in standard Norwegian mailboxes.
If delivery to your mailbox is not possible, the package will be sent to your nearest Bring delivery location. You will receive a notification with details on how to collect the package.
6. Track your shipment
Once your box has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information from Bring. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status.
7. Unsuccessful deliveries and returns
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or no pick-up from the drop-off location, the box will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery, but additional shipping costs may apply.
8. Damaged or missing packages
If your box arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at kundeservice@lapetitebox.no .
We will work with Bring to resolve the issue and, if necessary, offer a replacement.
9. Changes to delivery details
If you need to update your shipping address or details, please let us know at least 7 days before your next scheduled shipment. Changes made after this time frame may not take effect until the next shipping cycle.
